In 2020, PMM SERVICES Ltd. developed a project and installed a series of aspiration walls for painting crane beams in a common hall.
The challenge of the brief was the maximum length of the largest workpiece (24m), and the requirement for the walls to be able to work partially, in modules, so that for shorter workpieces there was no unnecessary power consumption.
We have developed a flexible installation with the possibility of controlling individual sections.
The walls are positioned opposite each other to capture the overspray optimally, no matter which side of the piece is being painted.
Our greatest satisfaction is the clean snow after the filters in winter.
